The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, cutlery, and a dishwasher, so you can cook your own meals comfortably. There is also a washing machine and dryer, making this a recommended facility for long-term stays.

◆According to Kyoto City regulations, an accommodation tax will be charged per person per night at the facility (less than 20,000 yen: 200 yen, 20,000 yen to 50,000 yen: 500 yen, 50,000 yen or more: 1,000 yen).
◆This facility is completely non-smoking.
Smoking is prohibited both indoors and in the neighborhood.
(The nearest smoking area is a 4-minute walk from the guesthouse.)
If smoking is discovered in a non-smoking area, you may be asked to check out immediately. In addition, if an odor is detected in the room, a cleaning fee will be charged.
◆We strictly prohibit use for parties and drinking parties.
The guesthouse is located in a quiet area with a high density of houses, so loud talking and laughter can easily echo and cause inconvenience to neighboring residents. Therefore, we strictly prohibit use for parties and drinking parties.
Please be quiet, especially at night after 9 p.m. and early in the morning.
If we receive complaints from neighbors, we may be forced to ask you to check out immediately.
◆There is no parking lot, so if you come by car, please use a nearby paid parking lot.
◆There is no mid-term cleaning, including towel exchange and bed making. Please contact us if you are staying for a long period of time.
◆There is a railway line nearby, so you can hear the sound of trains passing by slightly.

Upon arrival, please cooperate by filling out the guest list and house rule agreement.
