Additionally, a mattress is placed underneath each futon, so even guests who are not used to traditional Japanese bedding can enjoy a comfortable and worry-free stay.
*Futons in Bedroom② are normally prepared and laid out in advance.
However, for stays of 5 guests, one futon set will be placed folded in the room.
*If you would like all futons to be laid out in advance, or prefer a different arrangement, please inform us at the time of booking.

◆ As our property is located in a residential neighborhood, you may hear everyday living sounds from nearby houses or from the pathway in front of the building. We appreciate your understanding.
Please be considerate of local residents and keep noise, including footsteps and conversations, to a minimum.
After 8:00 PM, conversations on the roadside balcony and in the space in front of the building are not permitted.
◆ Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including indoor areas, the space in front of the building, and the balcony. We do not accept reservations from smokers.
Smoking is also prohibited in the surrounding area, including nearby parks.
◆ The property is located very close to the railway tracks. As the building is constructed to standard residential specifications and is not fully soundproofed, train noise can be heard.
Trains generally operate from approximately 5:00 AM to 12:20 AM. Thank you for your understanding.
◆ There are residential homes around the property. Please be especially mindful of noise after 8:00 PM.
When entering or leaving at night or early in the morning, please minimize suitcase rolling noise and conversations.
Use for drinking parties or events is strictly prohibited.
◆ No intermediate cleaning service is provided during your stay, including towel replacement and bed making.
For long-term stays, please consult us in advance.
