This is a refined private machiya townhouse located just a 3-minute walk from Tofukuji Station.
While preserving the charm and character of a traditional Kyoto machiya, the property is thoughtfully equipped with modern appliances and comfortable amenities, offering a sophisticated and relaxing stay.
The house can accommodate up to 5 guests, making it ideal for families or small groups.
Major sightseeing spots such as Tofukuji Temple and Kiyomizu-dera are easily accessible on foot or by bus, making it a convenient base for exploring Kyoto.
There is also a coin-operated parking lot directly across from the property, providing easy access for guests arriving by car.

◆ Our property is located in a quiet residential area. Please be mindful of noise, including conversations and sounds when moving around, out of consideration for our neighbors.
The road in front of the house is a public street, and due to the proximity to tourist attractions, there may be frequent pedestrian traffic. Thank you for your understanding.
◆ Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property, including the surrounding area, courtyard, and balcony.
If smoking results in odors inside the property, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
◆ Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
As the property is in a quiet residential neighborhood, please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9:00 PM.
◆ We do not provide mid-stay cleaning services, including towel replacement or bed-making.
For long-term stays, please contact us in advance. Guests are responsible for replenishing any consumables once they are used up.
◆ Bedding and amenities are provided according to the number of guests in the reservation.
Please make sure to confirm your reservation details (dates and number of guests) carefully.
Only registered guests are allowed to enter the property. Unauthorized entry or exceeding the number of guests will result in additional charges.
◆ There is no parking available on-site.
If you are arriving by car, please use nearby coin-operated parking.
◆ In accordance with Kyoto City regulations, an accommodation tax must be paid separately at the property. (Payment methods: cash / PayPay)
